About me

The last twenty years, since I started photography around the millennium, have been full of challenges and memorable moments. Photography has found me by pure luck in my hometown, where I had the opportunity to cover the high level national and international competitions of our local women’s basketball team. Though my perspective since has widened, I still pay particular attention to basketball and women’s sports.

My international career started with the FIBA U20 Women's European Championship 2006 in Sopron, where I was, for the first time, the official photographer of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA). Besides working more and more with FIBA, I started 3x3 photography in 2013 with FIBA 3x3. Until now, I covered more than 40 major international events for the International Basketball Federation, including the last four FIBA Women's EuroBaskets.

I also had the opportunity to work with many sports clubs and national federations around the World. During these years I was covering events from Portugal to South Korea, and working with customers from the USA to New Zealand. With the experience of two decades and many international events, I am excited about new challenges.
